By booking accommodation online at the Lighthouse Beach Resort (LBR) the Customer("you") agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. The Full amount of accommodation for the stay will be taken as a deposit and charged to the nominated credit card used to make the reservation
2. The credit card used to make the booking must be presented upon arrival. A $100.00 refundable bond may be required upon arrival.
3. Check in time is 2pm. Arrivals prior to this time are not guaranteed. Early arrivals can be organised by ringing the property direct.
4. Check out time is 10am. A late fee applies for departures after the stipulated time.
5. You will be required to provide a credit card at the property upon check-in to cover incidental charges and may be required to provide photo ID.
5. Lighthouse Beach Resort makes its best efforts to ensure that the information available on its website is accurate. However, LBR cannot and does not guarantee that the site is free from errors or faults.
6. You must be at least 18 years of age to book accommodation at the Lighthouse Beach Resort. |

| Cancellation Policy: |
Lighthouse Beach Resort has a 48 hour cancellation policy. The full accommodation charge is non-refundable if cancellations occur within this period.
A $20.00 non-refundable booking fee applies to all online bookings.
